Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage or defect
  • Returns will not be accepted without an unboxing video

Refund Process

  • Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method (EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, or COD refund)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for wrong size or defective products
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery for exchange requests
